Game Template for AmiBlitz3   

IT IS A GAME TEMPLATE, NOT SO OPTIMIZED BUT RATHER SIMPLER TO FOLLOW THE SOURCE CODE AND IMPLEMENT YOUR OWN IDEAS !

A hero and a top down view of a big map in 4x4 config

It is a very basic template, it uses AGA features for speed, it has a map editor

Hero can walk, collision detection .. nothing else, should be easy to follow and add your own ideas, you can even keep the GFX and continue developing on that !  https://poppants.itch.io/the-road-north

Code is in place to play module songs in menu and game (add 2x modules)

Tile size set to 16px

Source code provided for AmiBlitz3, you can play/try it right away without compiling!

Game details: 

• Joystick / Arrow keys + space
• V - prints version (in menu)
• M - music on/off (in menu)
• P - PAL/NTSC (in menu)
• Save/Continue game

Requirement:

• Amiga AGA 2MB Chip mem 
• Fast RAM 
• Amiga OS 3.x 
• AmiBlitz3 (I'm using v3.8) + some coding knowledge

• no A.I generated stuff
