This is for BlitzBasic, I've used AmiBlitz3, better editor etc. in my opinion 

Very basic template, should be easy todo a platform / shooter game out of it, of course whatever your ideas is.

OCS Platform1

1. 320x256 32 colors
2. Sidescroller
3. Parallax 2 bitmaps 8+8 colors
4. Tile map editor 
5. 1  simple sprite

AGA Platform1

1. 320x256 256 colors
2. Sidescroller
3. Parallax 2 bitmaps 16+16 colors
4. Tile map editor  
5. 1  simple sprite
6. Copper background,( you can take this code, adapt and add to OSC as well )

As of writing gfx assets used are free, links in readme, go and grab licences if you wish to use it in your project ;)
